At Worn Wear, we stand behind the quality of our used gear and offer a 30-day return policy for items that do not meet your expectations. Please ensure items are returned in the same condition they were received to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid $7.00 flat-rate return shipping label, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
